Deepening Digital Government and AI Infrastructure Exchange: Cambodia’s Digital Government Committee Visits ZStack

On 18 July 2026, a delegation from Cambodia’s Digital Government Committee (DGC) visited ZStack’s Shanghai headquarters for an exchange on digital government development, cloud infrastructure, and AI infrastructure. The delegation was led by H.E. CHEA Sereyvath, Secretary General of DGC, and H.E. CHANTY Sothy, Deputy Secretary General of DGC.

The delegation was received by Frank Zhang, Founder and CEO of ZStack, Wang Wei, CTO of ZStack, and members of ZStack’s executive management team. Both sides discussed how cloud and AI technologies can contribute to Cambodia’s digital government initiatives and the development of secure, scalable, and sustainable digital infrastructure.

During the visit, ZStack introduced its technology evolution and global practices in cloud and AI infrastructure since its establishment in 2015. The discussions highlighted the growing importance of cloud and AI infrastructure as foundations for digital government development. Both sides exchanged perspectives on building secure, flexible, and sustainable infrastructure to support the evolution of digital public services.
