Single Server Deployment with Full Features, Free for One Year
On 18 July 2026, a delegation from Cambodia’s Digital Government Committee (DGC) visited ZStack’s Shanghai headquarters for an exchange on digital government development, cloud infrastructure, and AI infrastructure. The delegation was led by H.E. CHEA Sereyvath, Secretary General of DGC, and H.E. CHANTY Sothy, Deputy Secretary General of DGC.

The delegation was received by Frank Zhang, Founder and CEO of ZStack, Wang Wei, CTO of ZStack, and members of ZStack’s executive management team. Both sides discussed how cloud and AI technologies can contribute to Cambodia’s digital government initiatives and the development of secure, scalable, and sustainable digital infrastructure.
During the visit, ZStack introduced its technology evolution and global practices in cloud and AI infrastructure since its establishment in 2015. The company presented its integrated product ecosystem, including ZStack Cloud Foundation (ZCF), ZStack Virtualization Framework (ZVF), AIOS Smart Tower, AI Gateway, and Cube hyper converged infrastructure appliances.
The discussions highlighted the growing importance of cloud and AI infrastructure as foundations for digital government development. Both sides exchanged perspectives on building secure, flexible, and sustainable infrastructure to support the evolution of digital public services.

ZStack shared its integrated approach combining cloud platforms, AI infrastructure, and ecosystem collaboration. AIOS Smart Tower provides unified AI infrastructure management, while AI Gateway strengthens AI model governance through centralized access and operational control. ZStack also highlighted its collaboration with Alibaba Cloud AI MaaS (Model as a Service) to accelerate intelligent application development.
