On 22 July 2026, a 29-member Brazilian delegation comprising government officials, technology representatives, and industry professionals visited ZStack’s Shanghai headquarters for exchanges on cloud computing, AI infrastructure, and digital transformation. The visit took place alongside the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2026) in Shanghai.

The delegation’s visit was facilitated by the Science and Technology Section of the Consulate General of Brazil in Shanghai. Representatives from Brazil’s MGI, SERPRO, ANAC, and ABRIA participated in the exchange.

Frank Zhang, Founder and CEO of ZStack, welcomed the delegation and outlined ZStack’s technological evolution, innovation capabilities, and global expansion strategy for cloud and AI infrastructure development. Recognized as a National Level Specialized and Innovative “Little Giant” Enterprise in China, ZStack provides foundational software for the intelligent computing era with a technology portfolio covering cloud platforms, virtualization, and AI infrastructure.

The discussions focused on AI infrastructure requirements in government and public sector environments. MGI, ABRIA, and SERPRO representatives shared perspectives on AI strategy, ecosystem development, policy landscape, and public service requirements with ZStack’s technical team.

The exchange highlighted the complementary strengths between China and Brazil in advancing cloud computing and AI infrastructure. Brazil’s growing digital economy and AI application scenarios complement China’s AI infrastructure expertise and large scale deployment experience, creating opportunities for deeper cooperation.

During the technology showcase, ZStack CTO Wang Wei and Senior Product Marketing Manager Ding Yuqi presented ZStack AIOS Smart Tower and AI Gateway. AIOS Smart Tower integrates IaaS governance and AI operations within a unified platform, while AI Gateway provides centralized AI model management with visibility, accountability, and governance.

The delegation expressed strong interest in ZStack’s AI infrastructure governance capabilities, particularly in AI usage oversight, cost optimization, and government AI governance scenarios. The visit established a strong foundation for future cooperation between ZStack and Brazil in cloud computing and AI infrastructure.

ZStack will continue strengthening cooperation with Brazil and Latin America to advance digital transformation and AI infrastructure development.
